Advance Registration


All registered attendees are eligible to access the event app to watch the sessions on-demand after the event. We do require registration to be completed by 1000 pacific time on 11 September 2023. We highly encourge pre-registration as lunch option is not guaranteed if you sign up onsite. Base access forms due NLT August 24th if need assistance gaining access to San Diego Naval Base. Email dgarry@navysna.org if you need base access form.

Dress Code


Inside the tents as well as outside it can get quite hot. Due to this we recommend business casual for all our civilian attendees. Leave the jacket and tie at home! Casual button-down shirt or golf shirt and trousers. We are also recommending Uniform of the Day for our military attendees including speakers.


Classified Sessions on Wednesday Morning


In conjunction with the SNA Waterfront Symposium, the Naval Surface and Mine Warfighting Development Center (SMWDC), along with representatives from OPNAV N96 and PEO IWS, will deliver an out-brief of the 2023 Surface Requirements Group (SURFRG) Tactical Priorities and the Warfare Improvement Program (WIP) AMW, IAMD, MIW, and SUW Integrated Prioritized Capability Lists (IPCL) on Wednesday, 13 September 2023. This will be conducted at the SECRET classification level.

Registration for this event closes on Friday, 8 September 2023.

If you are interested in attending this event, please indicate this when registering. This is only open to registered attendees at the Waterfront Symposium. Once registered further information on this event, including where to send clearances, will be provided.

IMPORTANT: Security clearances are required. Space is limited - priority will be given to industry participants.



Golf Tournament


The SNA San Diego Chapter is proud to partner with Anchor Scholarship Foundation for the 28th Annual RADM James G Prout III Memorial Golf Tournament. The tournament will be held at Sea and Air Golf Course on Naval Air Station North Island on 15 September. Shotgun start time is 0800, and a variety of prizes are available. Proceeds will benefit Surface Warrior families via funding the SNA Admiral Prout Scholarship and the Anchor Scholarships. More information will be provided as we get closer to the event.


Cancellation Policy


Attendee: Cancellations must be received on or before 4 September for a refund. All notifications on or after September 4, 2023 are non-refundable.

Exhibitor/Sponsor/Advertiser: Prior to August 9, 2023, once invoiced the Association will refund 50% of the total invoiced. After August 9, 2023, the sponsor forfeits the entire invoiced amount.
