Exhibitor Info SheetDue to the requests to make the tent cooler we are incorporating more mesh walls and gaps at the top of the exhibit tent. Because of this, there could (hopefully) be a possibility of an occasional strong breeze throughout the tent. Please make sure that your displays and materials are weighted down enough to withstand this. Electricity is VERY limited on the Pier. We DO NOT allow booth lighting in order to conserve electricity and reduce heat.
Having a space previously does not guarantee that you will return to that same location. Intent Forms should be submitted as soon as possible but no later than March 1st. Priority placement is given to our Corporate Members. If you send in a request after the deadline you will be assigned to the waiting list to receive a booth assignment as they become available.
While we provide additional security for this event, we can not be responsible for unsecured laptops or any unsecured items left unattended during open exhibit hours, set-up, or breakdown of the event.
