Base Access Information

Base access approval is not required for any person that already has access to a military installation such as Active Duty, Military Retirees, Government Civilians, and anyone with an official CAC.

If an attendee requires base access approval, registrations must be submitted online no later than 1600 ET on August 3rd as well as a completed SECNAV 5512 form.

This form gives authorization to process their background check. Each applicant must fill out pages 1-2 and physically sign the form on page 2. Completed forms must be mailed to 6564 Loisdale Ct, ste 318, Springfield, VA 22150 to arrive NLT August 3rd or must be faxed to 703-960-6807 NLT 1600 ET on August 3rd. We do not recommend sending via email unless you password protect the document and provide our staff with password.
