Celebrate our Surface Warriors! Support our awards program by sponsoring an exclusive private event for our awardees and their families. You will receive 2-4 tickets to attend, a listing in the program, and appropriate signage in the room.
Celebrate history! On Wednesday evening join us as we step back into another era. Start with a networking reception followed by an in-depth conversation about TBD. The session is videotaped and distributed to the Fleet after the symposium. The sponsor will be recognized during the presentation as well as on signage throughout the room. They will also be provided up to 25 tickets to the event.
Great advertising opportunity. These stations are placed in high traffic areas throughout the hotel. (Ideal is to have 1 on each level: Lobby, Independence, & Ballroom). Each station is wrapped with graphics designed by the sponsor and includes a spot to run a short video, provided by you, to promote your organization.
Take a seat! During Tuesday afternoon and for some speakers on Wednesday and Thursday (space permitting) we provide a special overflow room to our seminar attendees when we are bursting at the seams in the seminar room. Sponsor would be listed in the program and appropriate signage in the room.
Reach a larger audience. We will host Facebook live interviews with speakers, panelists and other key attendees featuring a wide range of topics important to the Surface Warfare Community. This includes one segment to promote your organization. We will work with you about branding for the event.
Join the fun! See all our social media feeds as they appear live, on a large screen at the entrance of Independence Center. This will include a large display featuring your logo.
Stay connected! Provide our attendees with WiFi at our show! They can access it by visiting your booth to receive the password. The optional splash page is a landing page for the WiFi advertising your company.
Connect with innovation. Help boost the WiFi signal in the ballroom to ensure that all attendees in the seminar session can easily utilize the online application to ask questions of the speakers.
Unique branding opportunity! During the event the hotel will give out room keys designed by you, using the SNA Logo and theme. You will work directly with us for production and design of the double-sided keys. Final artwork is due on October 31st.
Help our attendees. This is a highly visible sponsorship. You will have your company logo displayed on the notepads and pens set out in the seminar room.
Capture the moments. We have a photographer onsite for the 3 days of the show. They take pictures of all the speakers, VIP’s visiting booths, award winners, candids and more. Pictures are used throughout the year on advertising and displayed in our quarterly newsletter. Your sponsorship will be noted in the program, on the badge worn by the photographer and you will receive a compilation of the photos taken during the week to display at your booth during the Pre-Banquet reception.
Host the Media. We have a tremendous amount of media coverage during the event. Help us treat our media with respect and provide them a space to work, away from the hustle and bustle of the lower floors. We would like to provide them light refreshments throughout the day. Sponsor would be listed in the program and appropriate signage in the room.
Help feed the masses! Sponsorship opportunity available for the opening lunch that we provide for all attendees, on Tuesday, coinciding with the opening of the exhibit areas.
Be hospitable! Join us on Tuesday evening as a food sponsor for our Welcome Reception. This is a very popular event that brings in a lot of our Surface Warriors on their way home. We place beer, wine, soda, and light refreshments throughout the exhibit areas.
Take a break! During the breaks on Wednesday and Thursday refreshments are placed throughout the exhibit areas.
Be seen in the sessions! This is a highly visible sponsorship that will help us offset the high cost of installing and maintaining quality audio-visual for all our sessions.
