Exhibits are set up throughout the hotel and are available mostly in increments of 10 feet. Some spaces are irregular and we do have some 8x10 feet spaces. The height of the ceiling varies in many places; however, we do not guarantee more than an 8 foot celling in any location.
Having a space previously does not guarantee that you will return to that same location. Intent Forms should be submitted as soon as possible but no later than April 30th. Priority placement is given to our Corporate Members. If you send in a request after the deadline you will be assigned to the waiting list to receive a booth assignment as they become available. While we try to be as creative as possible with our space assignments, we only have a limited amount of space where we are able to put displays.
We close the Symposium with our Annual Banquet. Due to space limitations we can only fit 100 tables in the room. If you purchase a table for your corporation we will provide you with 6 tickets to seat your employees. We use the remaining 4 tickets to seat our invited guests who are active duty/government individuals. If you would like to purchase a table, please email us at, email@example.com.
Tables reserved after October 31st are on a space available basis. In order to be listed in the banquet program all reservations must be made by December 10th. If a reservation is made after that time, we can not guarantee that your corporation will be listed in our banquet program.
While we provide additional security for this event (monitor, access, crowd control, etc.), we can not be responsible for unsecured laptops or any unsecured items left unattended during open exhibit hours, set-up, or breakdown of the event.
