Naval Historical Foundation invites you to their next Second Saturday Webinar scheduled for Saturday October 10, 2020, beginning at 1100 EDT. The event will celebrate Captain Edward Latimer Beach’s epic novel, “Run Silent, Run Deep”. The program will feature: Ingrid Beach (Ned’s Lovely Widow), Captain Jim Bryant, Dr. David Rosenberg, and panelists: ADM Tom Fargo, VADM Al Konetzni, and RADM John Padgett. They will discuss the author’s background, preparation process for writing, and remarkable career and also discuss the three principle submarine classes featured in “Run Silent, Run Deep”. Lastly, they will discuss Naval Operations during the war in the Pacific, and then open up the Webinar for your questions with their panelists.
